Welcome to the world of Molyoló. Here we weave, knit and sometimes untangle life’s knots. We want everyone to feel comfortable with us, so it is important that you understand the basic principles of how we operate. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms for using our services in a clear and friendly way.

3. Subject and Formation of the Contract
The contract covers the services offered by Molyoló. A contract is concluded when we confirm your registration. The language of the contract is Hungarian.
4. How to Participate
• Register on the website, by completing our Registration Form, or by e‑mail.
• After you register, we will send a confirmation so you know we are expecting you. The confirmation e‑mail will include detailed information about the next steps and the course/workshop schedule.
• Your place is secured only after payment of the participation fee.
5. Payment
• The fee for the service may be paid by bank transfer.
• You must transfer the fee to the Instructor who runs the course you registered for; the Instructor will issue the pro forma invoice and the invoice for the payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
• Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: 100% refund.
• Cancellation 14–5 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 5 days before the event: no refund.
• No refund is given for sessions that have been started but not completed.
• Cancellations must be notified by e‑mail.
7. Warranty and Complaints Handling
• If you have any complaint about the service, please notify us by e‑mail.
• Our aim is that everyone leaves satisfied — and, of course, returns.
• You may also bring your complaints to the Budapest Conciliation Board.
