Material knowledge

At Molyoló, Material Studies is the alpha and omega of everything we do, so naturally we begin with that.

Starting January 14, Detti will lead a workshop series on Material Studies, also known as textile‑tactile exploration.
Over the course of four sessions, participants will become familiar with fibre types, both artisanal and industrial textile production, and the textiles commonly found in shops. The more dedicated participants can also acquire the renowned Fibre and Textile Sample Collections, which form part of the course’s study material.

The fee for the 4‑session, 12‑hour workshop series is HUF 60,000 (4 credits).
Classes take place on Wednesdays from 17:00 to 20:00.
