Hi, I'm Ági!

I am Ágnes Bercsényi, a textile and fashion designer. My love of clothes, textiles, and sewing began early in my life, when my grandmother first sat me down at a sewing machine at the age of 4 and I instantly felt that this would be my path.

In 2002, I moved from Vojvodina to Budapest to start my fashion design studies at the Jelky András High School of Fashion Industry. There I gained knowledge that has stayed with me to this day. After Óbuda University and METU, I took a break from the profession for a while, but I was always involved in small and large projects: I was in TV productions, I designed and sewed for performers and artists.

I feel that sustainability is a matter of the heart, so I consider it a primary consideration in my designs and implementations. For 2 years now, I have been actively participating in workshops that promote sustainability and environmental awareness, traveling all over Hungary. I really like these opportunities because I can connect with people and pass on my knowledge in the field of sewing to others. It is an uplifting feeling.
